About the event
I will lead you through a restorative yoga sequence. Restorative Yoga is fully supported with props and each pose is held for 10 minutes allowing you to completely relax. While you are resting in each pose I will go around and utilize the ancient healing power of Reiki to enhance your relaxation and reduce stress. The combination of healing energy and mindful movement will leave you feeling lighter, peaceful and completely relaxed.
