Working With The Angels - Yoga Workshop

Angels live among us, sometimes they hide their wings,

but there is no disguising the peace and hope they bring.

During this class we will call upon our Angels to assist in healing anything that no longer serves us, opening our hearts to love and acceptance and surrendering control so that we may live the best version of ourselves.  During this class Monica Martinez will lead you through a Yin/Restorative Yoga session where you will take a more meditative approach and listen to what your body, Angels and Guides may be needing you to hear.  During this time Yessica Zamora will be calling upon the Angels to assist in healing on all levels.  At the end of the workshop you will draw an Angel card and Yessica will deliver any messages that the Angles need you to hear.
