The Art of Mindfullness
Coming to us from California, Kathleen Golik will be leading us through a hand-lettering class called The Art of Mindfulness. It will be an evening focused on Self Love and positivity. We will do a guided self love meditation, letter positive quotes, and end the evening with Yin Yoga.
