Release & Restore with the Full Moon

The Full Moon is a magical time for releasing energy, behaviors and patterns that no longer serve us.  The cawing of the Crow signals the end of Winter and is why this Full Moon is Known as the Crow Moon.  We have been in hybernation resting, reflecting and growning.  Now is the time to release all the things that no longer serve us and make room for all the goodness the universe wants to give us.

We will use the energy of the Crow Moon to release blocks and walls that keep us stuck.  During this time together we will start with a Restorative Yoga Flow led by Rosanna. While you rest in your restorative poses Monica & Rosanna will utilize the ancient healing power of Reiki to energetically help you further release all the blocks. Monica will then lead you through a guided meditation allowing you to completly relax and feel revitalized and refreshed, ready to move foward and blossom.
