Sam is back and she will guide you through a gentle restorative yoga practice to ease your aches and pains. During the class, Monica will utilize the ancient healing power of Reiki to energetically help you remove blocks, allowing your energy to flow more freely. If that isn’t enough to help you relax, you will enjoy your final savasana with a healing sound bath using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.
