New Moon New Beginnings

The New Moon is symbolic of new beginnings and is a time to reset and pause checking in with ourselves and what we need and want.  We will be using the magic and energy of the new moon to look inward and set intentions for the upcoming month.

We will start with a Restorative Yoga class with the healing energy of Reiki to relax and look inward… really pausing to listen to what we need and want at this time. We will then move into a guided meditation followed by journaling what came up during this time.

We will end with an Earth Day ceremony, giving thanks to Mother Earth and praying for healing for her and all that live here.  We are living in some crazy times and it can be easy to give into the fear and chaos… instead we will find ways to be grateful and send that loving energy to the world.
