Mala Making Workshop

Learn how to make your very own Mala.  

Mala Necklace, Prayer Beads, Mala Beads are a set of sacred beads used for chanting and counting mantras, meditation, prayers or reflections. In this class you will string your own mala, giving you the opportunity to place intentions into each bead and each knot with love and gratitude.  You will then be able to take your Mala with you and wear it as a reminder of the affirmations, mantras or prayers that you want to carry with you.  

During the workshop you will learn: -What a Mala Necklace is and the significance of 108 beads -How crystals can be used for healing and how that can amplify your intentions with your Mala 

-How Mala meditation and incorporating it into your daily practice can help your mind and spirit 

-How Mantra (Chanting), Affirmations and the power of Vibration can be used for personal healing 

When you leave you will have a better understanding of Mala Beads and how they can support you in your meditation and mindfulness practice. The cost of workshop includes all supplies and your very own Mala to take home.     

Sunday March 22nd from 4:00pm - 7:00pm $65 includes all materials and tax
