Mala Making Workshop

Learn how to make your very own Mala.

Mala Necklace, Prayer Beads, Mala Beads are a set of sacred beads used for chanting and counting mantras, meditation, prayers or reflections. In this class you will string your own mala, giving you the opportunity to place intentions into each bead and each knot with love and gratitude.  You will then be able to take your Mala with you and wear it as a reminder of the affirmations, mantras or prayers that you want to carry with you.

-What a Mala Necklace is and the significance of 108 beads

-How crystals can be used for healing and how that can amplify your intentions

-Mala meditation and incorporating it into your daily practice can help your mind and spirit
