About the event
We will be working on loving ourselves completely and fully. Appreciating our uniqueness, our flaws and rejoicing in all that we are that makes us magical. Rosey will lead you through a Restorative Yoga Sequence focusing on Self Love and reciting affirmations to use in each pose. During this time Monica will use Reiki Healing Energy to help release those things that are keeping you from truly loving the incredible person you are. For your final Savasana you will bathe in sounds and vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls. A class you will not want to miss!
