Healing your Heart

We will learn all about the heart chakra, the chakra that acts as a bridge between the upper and lower energy centers. You will then be guided in a meditation to open and allow healing for your heart center.

Tifani Vincent will then create space for healing with a sound bath; a deeply-immersive, listening experience that intentionally uses sound with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, inviting a gentle yet powerful vibrational healing to NURTURE YOUR MIND, BODY and SOUL. While Tifani is moving energy with sound vibration Monica will utilize the ancient healing power of Reiki to energetically help you remove blocks, allowing your energy to flow more freely. We will close with an Angel reading.

We will have blankets, mats, bolsters and blocks for you to use. You will want to create the most comfy space so if you have a favorite pillow or cozy blanket that you’d like to use please bring it.
