Have you wanted to try Yoga but feel intimidated? Do you think that going to a Yoga class would be scary without knowing the terminology or technique or pose names?
I remember the first time I stepped into a Yoga studio I felt out of place and awkward. I think Yoga is for everyone and sometimes just learning the basics can take that fear and intimidation out of it.
Join me for a 3 part series of Yoga 101. We will learn what Yoga is really about, breathing and Yoga, basic poses and technique and the names of the more popular poses :)
We will have 3 dates for this series January 6th, 13th and 20th. January 6th class will be 2 hours long.
