Beginner Yoga

I remember stepping into my first Yoga class and feeling super intimidated... I went once and then didn't try again for 2 years because I felt so out of place.  I remember that feeling and I don't want anyone to feel that way because Yoga truly is for everyone! In this class we will take everything slow, learning to connect with our body and connect with our breath.  You will learn common Yoga poses and how to do them correctly so you don't hurt yourself.  This class if for beginners or seasoned Yogis' that need a refresher :) I'll see you on the Mat!
