Beginner Yoga

Have you wanted to try Yoga but feel intimidated? Do you think that going to a Yoga class would be scary without know the terminology or technique or pose names?

Well I have you covered. I remember the first time I stepped into a Yoga studio I felt out of place and awkward. I think Yoga is for everyone and sometimes just learning the basics can take that fear and intimidation out of it.

Join me for an evening of Yoga 101. We will learn basic poses as well as the names of the poses and proper technique. We will end the evening with a meditation to get you ready for the week ahead.
