About the event
During this class you will relax in Yin Yoga positions and take a more meditative approach to Yoga. Going much deeper and connecting to the tissues and the fascia that covers the body. Yin postures are more passive poses typically held for 3-7 minutes. During this time special guest Yessica Zamora will be calling upon the Angels to assist in healing on all levels. You will relax and be filled with peace knowing the Angels are with us and assisting us in healing with Yoga, Reiki and Sound.
