About The Event
Fall Equinox is a time to honor how far you have come on your journey and to find balance before moving forward. It is the time to see where you have been and break free from any remaining blocks that are standing in your way and keeping you from growing and reaching your true authentic self.
During this time of the fall equinox we will be led through a YinVin Yoga Sequence by the amazing Rosanna Naranjo of Dragon Fly Healing Yoga. Yin Yoga is more meditative yoga working with the feminine energy while Vin is more of a flow working with the masculine energy bringing our bodies to state of balance. While moving through our Yoga practice we will be journaling, starting to look inward and see what we need in the coming months. At this time Monica Martinez of Mantis Healing will lay healing Reiki Hands and help move any energy that is stuck so you will move into fall feeling lighter. During our final Savasana Monica will help drop you into a state of deep relaxation practicing Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep.”
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and blanket,
if you do not have a mat I will bring some extras for you to borrow.
